GOP looking to end vehicle registration surcharge
Dan Thomas summed up the consensus among patrons at the Division of Motor Vehicles office in Manchester the other day. "I think it's ridiculous," he said of the permit and registration fees he just paid. "It's robbery what they charge." Republican lawmakers feel his pain.
